Ellen describes how dehydration in elder bodies can impact overall wellness and shares simple tips & tricks to increase H20 intake to maintain hydration.

Ellen shares her views on the evolution of Assisted Living and the public relations problem she believes its had over the years, resulting in consumer confusion about what Assisted Living is and how it differs from the nursing home environment. 
In this 30-minute episode, she also gives guidance to adult children providing caregiving support to their aging parents.
